Job summary

Uplift360 is seeking an experienced Facilities, Logistics & Site Operations Manager to own the facilities and technical logistics across our Bristol site. This hands-on role combines ownership with practical execution to keep office, lab and pilot-scale processing running smoothly.

You will manage budgets, suppliers, and contractor coordination, lead the upcoming site relocation, and establish scalable operating systems.

Qualifications

Significant experience in facilities, site operations, and technical logistics.
Familiarity with health & safety and compliance systems (COSHH, waste, permitting).
Able to operate as sole owner of a function with hands-on execution.
Skilled in budgeting, supplier and asset management.
Collaborates with engineers, suppliers and contractors.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day facilities and site operations across the office, laboratory and pilot facility.
Manage contractors, service providers, utilities and suppliers including scheduling and performance.
Own relocation workstream including equipment moves and continuity of operations.
Handle practical facility issues and basic repairs.
Maintain records for services, assets, costs and responsibilities.
Oversee budgets, procurement discipline and supplier costs.
Coordinate H&S/compliance systems and ISO standards where applicable.
Track environmental and operational metrics.
Coordinate purchasing, consumables, equipment hire, and logistics.
Plan logistics for trials, demos, partner visits.
