Qualifications
3+ years' experience managing estates or residential facilities.
IOSH Managing Safely and Legionella awareness certification.
Practical knowledge of fire, water, and building safety regulations.
Skilled in managing PPM programmes and contractor relationships.
Responsibilities
Oversee property, grounds maintenance, and housekeeping services.
Manage the village's buildings and ensure compliance with health and safety.
Recruit, train, and lead a team of Estates Operatives.
Contribute to annual budgeting and cost control for estates-related services.
