Job summary

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd in Manchester is seeking an Asset Supervisor to lead the Helpdesk and Stores teams within a large facilities management operation. You will oversee day-to-day facilities helpdesk, stores, ensure service delivery aligned with SLAs, monitor CAFM data, and drive continuous improvement.

The role offers a temporary-to-permanent path with full-time hours. Salary is £20.13 per hour, and the ideal candidate will have CAFM experience, KPI reporting, stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Helpdesk, CAFM, Maintenance Coordination or Facilities Administration.
• Experience supervising or leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of CAFM systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the Facilities Helpdesk and Stores functions.
• Support, mentor and develop Helpdesk and Stores Operatives.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and service users.
• Ensure service delivery is maintained in line with SLAs and drive process improvements.
• Produce KPI reports and analyse CAFM data to monitor performance.
