Job summary

EQUANS is seeking a Facilities Helpdesk Co-ordinator on a 12 month fixed-term contract in Stoke-on-Trent. The role involves coordinating reactive and planned maintenance, scheduling engineers and sub-contractors, and using CAFM systems to ensure SLAs are met.

Qualifications

  • 3 GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of FM helpdesk operations.
  • Ability to manage workloads effectively.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and plan maintenance works from start to finish using the CAFM system.
  • Plan and dispatch maintenance work to engineers, sub-contractors and site managers.
  • Prioritise tasks and manage workload to meet SLAs.
  • Ensure data entry accuracy and maintain records and reports.
  • Provide administrative support and maintain service request tracking.
