Job summary

Operose Health Ltd is hiring a Facilities, Health and Safety Coordinator to support the safe and compliant management of the estate. The role focuses on audits, risk assessments, action plans and collaboration with the facilities team across locations.

You will help maintain documentation, coordinate training and champion programmes, and assist in incident investigations to drive continuous safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities management or health and safety coordination.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and audits.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate external health & safety audits and reporting.
• Undertake risk assessments including fire and legionella controls.
• Review risk assessments and create action plans for safety improvements.
• Collaborate with facilities teams to ensure regulatory compliance across locations.
• Provide admin support, record-keeping and reporting for H&S activities.
• Coordinate health & safety champion programme and staff workshops.
• Assist in incidents, investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain up-to-date H&S documentation for audits.
