Job summary

TXM Recruit is partnering with an award-winning organisation to recruit an experienced Facilities Property Manager to lead hard services on a large-scale MOD site. The successful candidate will drive facilities management strategies in a safety-critical, customer-facing environment and oversee both reactive and planned maintenance with a focus on cost efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH health and safety qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of property, facilities and asset management.
• Detailed knowledge of safety regulations (CDM).
• Building services experience or equivalent.
• Hard FM management experience preferably within a healthcare environment.
• Experience managing large M&E contracts, preferably MOD.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee reactive/planned maintenance and low-value works for the site.
• Ensure the site meets performance targets set by VIVO & DIO.
• Manage core works and low-value projects day-to-day on site.
• Collaborate with Operations Director to reduce costs and improve profitability.
• Oversee outsourced contracts, focusing on customer experience and financials.
• Report to internal team and client, tracking KPIs and SLAs.
