Job summary

Bromford is seeking a Maintenance and Environmental Services operative to carry out waste removal, grounds maintenance, removals and general cleansing across void and occupied properties. You will help keep homes safe, clean and well maintained for customers, working as part of a dedicated team.

The role includes a company van, tools, uniform, mobile phone and tablet, 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension options and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Ability to pass a DBS check.
• Experience in cleaning duties and waste clearance.
• Comfortable using cleaning equipment safely and in line with procedures.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out waste removal, grounds maintenance, removals, and cleansing across void and occupied properties.
• Ensure areas are clean, safe and free from debris after visits.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and per training.
• Complete waste collection, transport and disposal per guidelines.
• Maintain records and documentation as required.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver customer-focused service.
• Follow Health & Safety, safeguarding, and organisational standards.
