Job summary

Bromford Flagship LiveWest is seeking a practical maintenance and environmental services operative to carry out waste handling, grounds maintenance, removals, and general cleansing duties across properties.

You will work solo or as part of a team, ensuring high standards of customer service, safety, and compliance with COSHH and wellbeing frameworks, with a UK driving licence and ability to drive vehicles up to 3,500kg.

Qualifications

Experience in general cleaning duties and waste clearance.
NVQ or BICSc cleaning qualifications (desirable).
Understanding of COSHH (desirable) and safe use of cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

Carry out waste removal, grounds maintenance, removals, and general cleansing duties across void and occupied properties.
Ensure all areas are left clean, safe, and free from debris following each visit.
Use cleaning equipment and machinery safely and in line with training and procedures.
Complete waste collection, transport, and disposal in accordance with relevant guidelines.
Support routine maintenance of vehicles, tools, and equipment, reporting any faults or hazards.
Complete accurate records and documentation as required.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service.
Follow all Health & Safety procedures, safeguarding responsibilities, and organisational standards.
