Catch 22 are recruiting for a Facilities & Events Coordinator to join a creative organisation based in Wakefield. You will blend day-to-day facilities management with workplace events and employee engagement, ensuring the office remains safe, compliant and well maintained.

You will bring 3+ years of facilities management experience, solid Health & Safety knowledge, and a track record of managing contractors and building services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years facilities management experience in corporate or commercial environments.
• Strong Health & Safety knowledge.
• Experience managing contractors and building services.
• Experience delivering workplace events and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities, contractors and workplace services.
• Support preventive maintenance and statutory compliance.
• Manage RAMS, permits, risk assessments and site inductions.
• Coordinate cleaning, security, catering and other service providers.
• Assist with office moves and workplace improvement projects.
• Plan and deliver corporate events and employee engagement activities.
