Job summary

JLL Workplace Management seeks a Technical & Fabric Services Supervisor to lead the site-based engineering team at Kensington Olympia. You will drive the delivery of the JLL Statement of Work, ensuring reliable operation of MEP and fabric assets and adherence to safety standards.

You will report to the Technical Operations Manager, manage HR activities for the team, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors to maintain high service levels and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Critical Environments including Banking HQ and Data Centres.
• C&G Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent/higher qualification; 18th Edition IEE: Wiring & Installation.
• HV/LV Authorised Person qualification.
• C&G 2391 test & inspection; BS 7671:2001 for inspection, testing & certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the on-site engineering team delivering the JLL Statement of Work.
• Oversee technical operation of building systems (MEP & Fabric assets) and ensure 100% uptime.
• Coordinate with Account Team and attend client meetings.
• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Engineering Reports and manage risk registers.
• Promote and enforce Health & Safety through the team and safety culture.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other stakeholders on maintenance and events.
