Luton Bennett is seeking a Facilities Engineer in Telford to join a leading manufacturing firm. The role covers breakdown attendance, maintenance of critical systems, and installation work, with leadership expectations for a mechanically or electrically biased engineer.

The position offers a 37,621 salary plus KPI bonus, 31 days holiday, overtime at 1.5x, product discounts, Perkbox benefits, sick pay, free onsite parking and life assurance (4x salary).

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Mechanically or electrically biased.
• Leadership experience and an engineering qualification.

Responsibilities

• Attending breakdowns.
• Maintain, monitor and repair critical auxiliary systems (air, vacuum, RO plant, effluent, extraction).
• Implement improvements.
• Carry out installation work.
• Perform basic maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, LED replacement).
