Job summary

JLL is seeking a Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a critical Agilent facility. The role covers reactive maintenance, PPM scheduling, emergency lighting and fire alarm testing, and BMS troubleshooting to ensure high reliability of building services.

You will perform electrical, mechanical, and minor fabric tasks, procure parts, and document work using CAFM systems while upholding safety standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in facilities management.
• Knowledge of commercial electrical systems in corporate environments.
• Strong HSE awareness and compliance with regulations.
• Basic plumbing, fabric, and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform reactive maintenance and repairs to building services, minimizing downtime.
• Execute planned preventative maintenance including testing of emergency lighting and fire alarms.
• Inspect distribution boards, RCBO/RCD testing, and HVAC plant servicing.
• Update work orders in CAFM system and maintain site logbooks.
• Produce technical reports and certifications for works performed.
