Job summary
Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer for the Agilent Church Stretton site. You will deliver reactive maintenance, execute planned tasks, and ensure safety and compliance across building services.
The role requires extensive electrical knowledge, HVAC familiarity, and strong collaboration with Vodafone stakeholders. On-site Essex/Country operations include flexible hours and CPD opportunities.
Qualifications
- Must hold relevant electrical installation certifications and up-to-date inspections.
- Experience with commercial electrical systems in office environments.
- Strong knowledge of building services and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver reactive maintenance and repair across the Agilent Church Stretton facility.
- Execute planned preventative maintenance incl. emergency lighting, fire alarms, and BMS tasks.
- Perform wiring fault diagnosis, lighting maintenance, and equipment installations.
- Carry out mechanical, plumbing, carpentry tasks to support operations.
- Update and close CAFM work orders, keep site logbooks, and document remedial works.
- Produce technical reports and ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
