• Understand design criteria such as ASHRAE, NEC, and other engineering codes.
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders; proficient in MS Office and databases.
• Ability to prepare mechanical designs including calculations and specifications.
• Experience using CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
