Think Specialist Recruitment is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in Hemel Hempstead for a 14-month fixed-term contract. The role involves coordinating maintenance, scheduling engineers, and acting as the main contact between clients and subcontractors.

The office-based position requires driving and daily access to a vehicle. Salary £27,000-£30,000 depending on experience, plus annual bonus and reviews. Regular client site visits and a collaborative culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or maintenance coordination.
• Office-based experience preferred with ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance and inspections.
• Schedule engineers and subcontractors, manage access, update clients.
• Liaise with engineers, clients and subcontractors to keep work progressing.
• Maintain trackers, logs and service information across systems.
• Support financial administration and invoicing processes.
