Job Description
- Support the Senior Facilities Co-Ordinator in fostering productive relationships with key stakeholders, end users, the FM team, and service providers.
- Act as the interface between the core business and FM providers, managing requests for change and developing improvements to contracted services.
- Promote a partnership approach with Service Providers based on cooperation, transparency, and honesty.
- Collaborate with Service Providers to identify mutual benefits, shared investments, and innovative opportunities.
- Monitor and audit the Service Provider's quality management and performance systems to ensure compliance.
- Work with the Soft Services Manager to control costs and ensure operations stay within budget.
- Manage maintenance and operations for various facilities including AV, air conditioning, building fabric, security, cleaning, and more.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar FM role.
- Experience managing suppliers/sub-contractors and monitoring performance.
- Knowledge of standards and legislation relevant to FM.
- Understanding of soft services such as mailroom, pest control, and vending.
- Proven customer service skills in a corporate environment.
