Job summary

mydentist is recruiting a Facilities Compliance Support - PPM for a 6-month FTC. The role is full-time with hybrid working—remote with ideally one day per week at the Support Centre in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).

You’ll take day-to-day accountability for PPM compliance across the estate and work with the supply chain to track progress. Experience in Facilities Management and complex PPM programmes is essential; healthcare compliance disciplines such as decontamination or radiation protection

Qualifications

• Solid technical background in Facilities Management.
• Experience with complex, multi-disciplinary PPM programmes.
• Experience in healthcare compliance disciplines such as decontamination or radiation protection would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day accountability for PPM compliance across the estate.
• Maintain daily review of, and engagement with, the supply chain to track progress against schedule.
• Raise issues promptly to the Contractor Performance Manager to secure support, approvals and quotes for remedial works.
• Help embed new PPM scheduling and compliance processes within IFS as part of the wider transformation.
• Ensure compliance is measured and evidenced with certificates and reports.
