Job summary

SATRA Technology is seeking a full-time Facilities Operative (Caretaker) for our Kettering site. The role maintains the safe and efficient running of SATRA facilities, with a 37.5 hour week and rotating shifts (early, mid, and late weeks).

Duties include DIY, basic plumbing, painting, FLT driving, toilet logs, site security and alarm checks, health and safety checks, and occasional heavy lifting. You need a full driving licence, be able to work solo or in a team, and be willing to train as a

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provision of a comprehensive range of caretaking duties including DIY, basic plumbing, painting & decorating and driving a FLT.
• Completion of toilet logs detailing work undertaken.
• Security of site, opening and closing.
• Pool car safety and maintenance checks.
• Intruder and fire alarm call outs.
• Key holder.
• Health & Safety checks.
• Some heavy lifting may be required on occasions.
• Hospitality as required.
