Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for a mixed-use property on Welbeck Street, London W1. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and service excellence while managing the site’s budget, reports, and contractor partnerships.

The role requires degree-level education, FM experience, and the ability to lead a on-site team. IOSH/IWFM qualifications are desirable.

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent.
• Experience in facilities management of property or portfolio.
• Knowledge of technical aspects of premises management.
• Ability to manage service agreements including refurbishment/fit-out.
• Experience with mobilisation and project management.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities in line with health, safety, environment and company procedures.
• Prepare, control and monitor service charge budget with Senior Facilities Manager.
• Prepare management reports for the business.
• Ensure health and safety audits, fire evacuations and emergency planning are up-to-date.
• Oversee contractor performance to meet contractual standards and budgets.
• Liaise with local authorities and manage on-site CBREMS personnel.
