Arcus FM Limited is hiring a Building Manager for the National Support Centre in Brentwood. You will be the face of Arcus for clients, visitors and staff, ensuring a safe, well-run building and proactive maintenance.

You will manage contractors, coordinate room bookings, and monitor KPI performance while travelling to other sites as needed. A driving licence is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in FM building management and facilities services.
• Strong IT skills, especially MS Office, Verisae and Aeromark.
• Flexible approach with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities in Arcus buildings to ensure a safe, efficient environment.
• Manage budget and deliver value while keeping service quality.
• Coordinate with contractors, sign in/out visitors and issue badges as required.
