Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is seeking a dedicated Multi‑Skilled Engineer to join our Operations team in North West London & Redhill, covering mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance across our client sites. You will deliver both planned and reactive maintenance, ensure compliance and safety, and work with the team to keep buildings running smoothly.

A strong track record in electrical or mechanical trades is essential.

Qualifications

• Time-served in electrical, mechanical or fabric disciplines (min 3 years).
• City & Guilds Parts1 &2 or NVQ Level3 in electrical or mechanical discipline.

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical and fabric services across our client portfolio.
