Qualifications

• Proven customer service skills in a hospitality or events setting.
• Ability to set up rooms and spaces per client requirements and standards.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in a venue environment.

Responsibilities

• Set rooms each evening for the following day per client requirements and company standards.
• Maintain all meeting rooms, staff offices, and common areas to high cleanliness levels.
• Carry out deep-cleaning duties and stock rotation as scheduled by the Facilities Supervisor.
• Ensure waste removal complies with Health & Safety regulations and company standards.
• Be available for staff briefings, events, and occasional weekend work.
