Job summary

The Highland Council seeks a Facilities Assistant 2 to support the Area Facilities Supervisor at Kingussie High School. You will assist with property management, access control, maintenance, health and safety and cleaning tasks.

This fixed-term post requires a First Aid qualification or willingness to train, a valid driving licence and PVG scheme checks. Salary ranges from £26,717 to £29,247 per annum, with 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Area Facilities Supervisor / Team Leader in facilities management, building access and egress, maintenance and cleaning.
• Support health & safety compliance and ensure secure, well-maintained premises.
