Outcomes First Group's Hillingdon Manor site is seeking a proactive Facilities Assistant to maintain the building, grounds and equipment. You will carry out general maintenance and support planned refurbishments alongside the maintenance team.

You will take ownership of a specialist trade area such as plumbing or carpentry, conduct health and safety checks, liaise with contractors, and help keep records and on-call duties organized.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, ideally with skills in a trade such as plumbing, carpentry, joinery, or decorating.
• Knowledge of COSHH regulations and basic IT skills are desirable.
• Driving licence required.

• Conducting regular health and safety inspections and reporting hazards or defects.

We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Facilities Assistant to join our dedicated team. As a Facilities Assistant, you'll support the day-to-day upkeep of our buildings, equipment, grounds, and plant machinery. • At Hillingdon Manor, we provide specialist education for 185 pupils, aged between 10 and 19. Located across two sites, our Secondary School supports around 125 students.
