Job summary

B3Living is seeking a facilities administrator to support the day-to-day running of our main office and corporate facilities in Turnford, Hertfordshire. You will assist with safety compliance, contractor coordination and responding to requests to keep workplaces welcoming and well-managed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in facilities team or office support.
  • Knowledge of building safety and management.
  • Ability to carry out health, safety and fire compliance tasks.
  • Ability to co-ordinate contractors.
  • Ability to handle maintenance/service requests and administrative tasks.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Good IT skills across MS Office and familiarity with a helpdesk system.
  • Willingness to undertake health and safety or facilities management training.

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a facilities, office support or customer service professional with good health and safety knowledge and strong organisational skills to join our dedicated team.

In this role, you’ll support the smooth day-to-day running of our main office and other corporate facilities, helping to maintain safe, welcoming and well-managed working environments. Working closely with the Senior Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll balance planned maintenance and compliance activities with facilities requests, co-ordinating contractors and responding to the changing needs of colleagues across the business. You’ll also support building security, health and safety, meeting and workplace services, ensuring facilities issues are resolved efficiently and consistently to a high standard.

We’re looking for someone with…
  • Experience of working in a facilities team, office support or customer-focused role
  • Knowledge of building safety and management
  • The ability to carry out health, safety and fire compliance tasks
  • The ability to co-ordinate contractors
  • The ability to handle maintenance and service requests and administrative tasks.
  • The ability to provide a customer-focused approach
  • Good IT skills across MS Office products and familiarity with a helpdesk system
  • Good health and safety knowledge and a willingness to undertake health and safety or facilities management training
  • A full, valid driving licence and use of a vehicle
