Job Title: Facilities Assistant

We are seeking a Facilities Assistant to join our Estates team.

Responsibilities:

1. Engage with staff, students, and visitors regarding facilities-related inquiries.
2. Perform tasks such as recycling, waste management, storage, postal services, furniture moves and setups, system testing, parking, security, minor maintenance, and ensuring campus standards.
3. Contribute to the operation and security of University premises.
4. Work within a shift pattern on a 3-week cycle, including working one Saturday in three, with a 10% shift allowance.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer service environment, preferably with facilities or premises management experience.
• Valid driving license is essential due to the driving element of the role.
