The department
Our facilities team provide general office and facilities support to ensure the smooth running of our firm. Their role covers all aspects from delivering post and external by-hands, archiving, reprographics and stationery management. They are the first point of contact for our suppliers and support the set up of meeting rooms, health and safety, refurbishments and repairs, and all other building related matters.

The role
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Assistant who will report to the Facilities Manager and play a leading role in assisting the team. This role will assist with general office duties such as reprographics, archiving and general post, as well as day-to-day maintenance checks, minor repairs and contributing to the effective operation of the firm.
