Job description

The Vacancy

Our dedicated Facilities Team keeps our buildings in top condition and plays a crucial part in our customer service offering.

Working closely with the onsite Centre and Facilities Team, you will be driven to achieve and maintain high standards of Facilities Management and Customer Care in our Wimbledon and South East Cluster. You will be responsible for the building fabric, associated hard and soft services, site security, and health & safety at Swan Court, The Mille, Evergreen Studios, Bracknell 329, Switchback, 1 Crown Square, Pegasus 2, Properus House, and Rivergate House.

With high standards and a positive, can-do approach, you will tackle each task with care, ensuring all customers have a high-quality experience within their Workspace property. Your focus will be on creating a clean, safe, thermally comfortable, and operationally excellent environment for our customers, aligning with our Carbon Net-Zero pathway, all on budget and on schedule.

What We Need From You
  • Relevant previous job experience
  • IOSH Qualification
  • NEBOSH, BIFM, or mechanical/engineering qualification (desirable)
  • Proficiency in IT literacy
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Superb people skills
  • Energy and passion
