Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a dedicated Facilities Assistant to support Healthcare operations on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week. You will help maintain a high standard of facility management with the wider team and contribute to the smooth running of the site.

Responsibilities

• Undertake minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure exterior of the site is clean, tidy and in good repair, including general external maintenance.
• Assist the facilities team with contractor sign-in/out and adherence to site policies.
• Open and/or close the building as required.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Comply with Health & Safety regulations.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Facilities Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.

As a Facilities Assistant, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of facility management with the wider facilities team. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Undertaking minor repairs and maintenance tasks
• Responsible for ensuring the exterior of the site is in a clean, tidy and reasonable state of repair, inclusive of general external maintenance tasks.
• Assisting the facilities team with the control of contractor's process, inclusive of ensuring contractors are signed in correctly, and signed out, and that everyone is adhering to site policies and rules
• Responsible for opening and/or closing the building where required
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
