Facilities Assistant

Award-winning UK law firm renowned for its litigation expertise is recruiting a well organised Facilities Assistant to join its London office on a permanent basis.

  • Salary to £33,500
  • 09:00-18:00 working hours
  • Office based

Reporting to the Head of Facilities, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a range of general office and reprographics duties.

Facilities Assistant Key Responsibilities:

  • Sorting, scanning, and delivering incoming and outgoing post
  • Booking local, national, and international couriers
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms, video conferencing, and moving and rebuilding operable walls
  • Work closely with the building’s security team to arrange access for contractors and deliveries
  • Preparation of court bundles, burn CDs, binding, and laminating of documents
  • Monitor stationery supplies and place orders with approval

Facilities Assistant Skills & Requirements:

  • 6+ months’ professional services or law firm experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Shows sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage own workload
