Broadcom is a dynamic company offering an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about Facility Management and eager to contribute directly to the company's success. We are recruiting a Facility Manager to oversee our Northern Europe portfolio in a high-profile, fast-paced environment. The role involves managing daily building operations, third-party contracts, capital and expense projects, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. A minimum of 15 years of related experience and/or training is necessary. The candidate must be capable of performing all essential duties satisfactorily. The following are the minimum qualifications:
Facility/Project Management certification and an advanced engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical) are preferred.
Ability to analyze complex business documents, respond to sensitive issues, and produce reports and presentations. Capable of persuasive communication and motivating others to action.
In-depth understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Ability to develop policies, oversee budgets, and analyze complex financial data to develop innovative solutions.
Expert problem-solving skills, analytical and quantitative capabilities, with experience in strategic solutions for semiconductor real estate portfolios. Ability to make impactful recommendations.
Proficiency with work order systems, knowledge of architectural, electrical, mechanical systems, leases, contracts, and experience with M&A activities and production environments.
Make decisions based on comprehensive understanding of procedures, policies, and practices to achieve complex results. Responsible for setting project and department deadlines. Judgement errors may have long-term impacts.
