Job Purpose and Impact

This position is in Cargill’s animal nutrition and health business, which has over 20,000 employees at 280 locations in 40 countries globally. We produce nearly 18 million metric tons of feed per year, impacting the plates of more than 1 billion people daily. The role is based at our Cargill Animal Nutrition site in Dalton, near Thirsk, North Yorkshire.

The Production Administrator will support various office and location activities, ensuring documentation consistency, shared resource availability, and compliance with company standards.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Prepare and proofread internal and external documents to align with corporate standards and practices.
  2. Coordinate and update content for announcement boards, postings, screens, and internal electronic resources.
  3. Organize and facilitate events, meetings, and presentations, inspecting meeting facilities to meet requirements.
  4. Organize trainings using the employee certification matrix and maintain related records.
  5. Ensure facilities and support services operate effectively and efficiently.
  6. Serve as a liaison for local authorities.
  7. Handle basic issues under supervision, escalating complex issues appropriately.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
