Gateshead College is seeking a part‑time Facilities Contracts Administrator to join the Estates & Facilities Team. You will support daily operations across all College sites, act as the first point of contact, and help manage helpdesk tasks, supplier documentation and space surveys.

The role
You’ll be the first point of contact for the Facilities Team, supporting daily operations across all College sites. From managing helpdesk activity and supplier documentation to coordinating space surveys, transport bookings, BMS monitoring and general admin support, you’ll play a key part in keeping our estate safe, efficient and welcoming.
You’ll join a friendly, forward ‑ thinking team, contribute to high ‑ quality service across our estate, and have the chance to grow your skills with potential for a longer ‑ term role.
