Apleona Hsg Facility Management in the Midlands is seeking a Facilities Account Director to take ownership of a high-profile contract and deliver exceptional service across multi-site, multi-service portfolios.

You'll lead a team of Facilities Managers, manage multi-million-pound P&Ls, align service delivery with business objectives, and drive growth opportunities through best practices and client engagement.

Qualifications

• IOSH Directing Safely or equivalent required.
• Experience managing hard and soft FM services in a multi-site environment.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with multi-million-pound budgets.
• Ability to lead large, geographically dispersed teams and deliver results under pressure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of employee relations and employment law.
• Must have UK driving licence and access to personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

Facilities Account Director

Location - Midlands, preferably Northampton area

Permanent/ Full-Time

We're looking for an experienced Facilities Account Director to take ownership of a high-profile contract and deliver exceptional service across multi-site, multi-service portfolios. This senior client-facing role combines strategic development, financial management, and operational leadership to ensure first-class results and strong client relationships.

As Account Director within Facilities, you'll lead and develop a team of Facilities Managers to deliver outstanding customer service and operational performance. You'll manage multi-million-pound P&Ls, oversee contract compliance, and align service delivery with strategic business objectives. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you'll identify growth opportunities, implement best practices, and drive innovation. Regular client meetings, performance reviews, and negotiations will be key to maintaining high standards and achieving business targets.

As a Facilities Account Director, we're looking for:
