Job summary

Facades Talent Group are recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager on behalf of a growing façades contractor in the East Midlands.

You will oversee multiple projects from contract award through to completion, coordinating with clients, site teams, subcontractors, commercial and design teams to ensure safety, on-time delivery and budget compliance.

Experience across façades, cladding or building envelope works, strong communication and commercial awareness are highly valued for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Manager in façades, cladding or building envelope sectors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organisational and commercial skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing projects from contract award through to completion.
• Managing client relationships and project meetings.
• Coordinating site teams and subcontractors.
• Monitoring programmes, costs and project performance.
• Managing contractual and commercial matters.
• Working with design and commercial teams.
• Managing variations and project changes.
• Ensuring quality, health and safety standards are maintained.
