Job summary

Facade Today is seeking an experienced Facades Design Manager to lead design across multiple projects, from concept through construction. You will collaborate with clients, consultants and suppliers to deliver high-quality façade solutions.

The role requires strong knowledge of façade systems, construction methods, and UK Building Regulations, with excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills to ensure on-time delivery and buildability.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of façade systems, materials and construction methods.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple design packages and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate façade design activities across multiple projects.
• Lead the design process from concept and tender through to detailed design and construction.
• Review drawings, specifications, calculations and technical information.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, clients, contractors and specialists.
