Job summary

Facade Today is seeking a Senior Designer to lead façade, cladding and curtain walling packages through design stages 4 and 5. The role requires coordinating with Architects, Consultants and contractors to ensure technical delivery and compliance.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive façade experience, robust CAD skills, and a proactive approach to mentorship and design standards within a growing team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in façade, cladding and curtain walling design.
• Confidently lead projects through technical design, coordination and delivery stages.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and technical delivery of façade, cladding and curtain walling packages through Stages 4 and 5.
• Coordinate with Architects, Façade Consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Develop detailed design information, fabrication drawings and construction details.
• Manage interface coordination between façade systems and the building structure.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to technical standards.
