Job summary

3D Personnel is seeking a Facade Manager to join a signature large-scale mixed development. You will report to the Contracts Director and take full ownership of the facade, brickwork and roofing packages, coordinating facade elements across the project and managing subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.

You must have worked on major schemes in offices, residential, hotels or mixed-use developments, with excellent communication skills and a proactive, organised approach.

• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and drive delivery.
• Excellent communication across project teams and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, well organised and proactive with a can-do attitude.
• Able to meet deadlines both individually and as part of a team.

On behalf of my client, I am recruiting for Façade Manager to join them on one of their signature large scaled mixed developments. Reporting to the Contracts Director your primary responsibility will be taking full ownership of the façade, brickwork and roofing packages.

Main Responsibilities

• You will co-ordinate and manage the facade elements of projects.
• Experience taking full ownership of the facade, brickwork, curtain walling, structural framed sections, external render system, stone cladding and roofing packages.
• Experience managing sub-contractors.

Education / Experience

• You must have worked on major schemes in offices, residential, hotels or mixed-use schemes.
• You will need experience in managing subcontractors.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to interact with all project personnel.
• Self-motivated and able to encourage the Site Team.
• Well organised with a methodical. energetic, proactive and confident approach to work
• Ability to work to deadlines individually and as part of a team.
• A full clean driving licence.
• IT literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
