Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Facade Site Manager to lead a flagship 18-month project in Loughborough. You will manage day-to-day on-site operations, supervise trades, and ensure quality, safety and programme compliance.

This role offers an immediate start with a competitive rate on a major façade contract, working with a leading principal contractor. You will coordinate client and design teams, drive productivity and deliver handover to schedule.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certification required.
• Black CSCS card essential.
• First Aid at Work required.
• Proven experience managing façade packages (Curtain Walling, Cladding, Windows & Doors).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations from installation to handover.
• Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors and labour.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to high standards.
• Conduct quality inspections and RAMS compliance.
• Maintain site health & safety and follow procedures.
• Review progress, attend progress meetings and report delays.
• Liaise with client, main contractor, design teams and management.

Facade Site Manager – Loughborough

Are you an experienced Facade Site Manager looking for your next flagship project?

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Principal Facade Contractor, with work starting imminently.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on a high-profile project involving a range of façade systems, working with one of the industry's most respected contractors.

Scope of Works:

• Doors & Windows
• Curtain Walling
• Rainscreen Cladding
• GRC Panels

Key Responsibilities:

• Essential part of your role with be Quality Assurance.
• Managing all day-to-day site operations from installation through to completion.
• Coordinating and supervising site teams, subcontractors and labour.
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
• Carrying out regular quality inspections and ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Managing site Health & Safety and ensuring full compliance with company procedures and legislation.
• Conducting daily briefings, toolbox talks and site inductions.
• Reviewing and implementing RAMS.
• Coordinating material deliveries, storage and logistics.
• Liaising with the client, main contractor, design teams and internal management.
• Monitoring programme progress and reporting any delays or issues.
• Managing snagging, defects and ensuring successful project handover.
• Keeping accurate site records, diaries and progress reports.
• Attending progress meetings and providing regular updates.
• Ensuring all works comply with current building regulations, CWCT standards and project specifications.
• Driving productivity whilst maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards.
