O'Neill & Brennan is seeking a Façade Manager for a Nine Elms development in London. The role targets delivering the façade package on a major project, coordinating specialists and subs, and ensuring works meet programme, quality and safety standards.

Applicants should have experience with façade systems on large-scale constructions and be able to manage interfaces with structural, architectural and MEP elements.

Qualifications

• Experience as Façade Manager on major projects.
• Knowledge of façade systems and installation methods.
• Experience with main contractors or façade specialists.
• Ability to manage multiple interfaces and deliver to programme.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of the façade package from installation through to completion.
• Coordinate façade subcontractors, specialist contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, quality and health & safety requirements.
• Manage façade interfaces with structural, architectural and MEP elements.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical information, identifying and resolving issues.
• Monitor progress on site and ensure works remain on programme.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Managers, Design Team and Commercial Team.
• Ensure all façade works meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Coordinate inspections, snagging and close-out of façade works.
• Attend progress and coordination meetings and provide regular updates to the senior project team.

O'Neill & Brennan are currently working with a leading main contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Façade Manager to join their team on a major development in Nine Elms, London.

The project forms part of one of London's most significant and high-profile regeneration areas, delivering a major residential and mixed-use development within a landmark part of the capital.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Façade Manager to take responsibility for the successful delivery and coordination of the façade package on a large-scale project, working closely with the wider construction team and specialist subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of the façade package from installation through to completion.
• Coordinate façade subcontractors, specialist contractors and suppliers.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Façade Manager / Façade Package Manager on major construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, installation methods and construction processes.
• Experience working for a main contractor or specialist façade contractor.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications and technical information.
• Excellent subcontractor and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple interfaces and deliver a complex façade package to programme.
• Relevant construction qualifications are desirable.
