Job summary

Spirotech Group in Sawtry is seeking skilled welder fabricators to join their Manufacturing team. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience working with Mild and Stainless steel, using TIG and MIG welding techniques to produce bespoke fabrications.

The position offers industry-leading pay of £16.50 to £19 per hour, with overtime opportunities and a family-run business culture that encourages skills development and career progression.

Spirotech Group, based in Sawtry, are actively looking for welder fabricators to join our Manufacturing team. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of working with Mild steel and Stainless steel using Tig and Mig, producing bespoke fabrications to a high standard.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a welder / fabricator (Essential)
• SVQ or City and Guilds qualified to level 3 (Advantageous)
• Proficient in welding techniques such as TIG/ MIG (Essential)
• Capable of passing TiIG/ MIG coding’s (Essential)
• Interpret specifications, drawings, and instructions (Essential)
• Can demonstrate a clear understanding of the sequence of events required to fabricate a product from start to finish (Essential)
• Committed to adhering to company health and safety policy and procedures (Essential)
• Willingness to learn new skills and continually progress through the business
