Job summary

Vincere is seeking an experienced Fabricator Welder to join our established workshop near Bournemouth on a permanent basis. The role focuses on MIG welding with TIG experience desirable and a proactive approach to site safety and quality. Competitive hourly rate with room for progression.

Standard hours are 06:30–16:00, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime. Benefits include car parking on site, a company pension, and 20 days holiday plus Bank holidays.

Job description

A long established Structural Steel company near Bournemouth is looking for an experienced Fabricator Welder to join their expanding workshops on a permanent basis.

This role will involve predominately MIG welding. Experience of TIG welding would be advantageous but not essential.

Salary: This position comes with a very competitive market-related salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Hours: Standard, full-time contracted hours: 06:30 – 16:00, Monday – Friday (can start earlier if desired)

About the Company:

Design, manufacture and construct high quality steel structures including industrial buildings, aircraft hangars and their electro-mechanical doors, warehouses, grandstands, multi-storey buildings, car parks and bridges, as well as defence equipment, manual and electric roller shutter doors, windows and curtain walling.

Fabricator Welder Details:

• The role will be on a 12 week probationary basis and to start ASAP
• CSCS card is beneficial, not essential.
• Starting Salary is competitive depending on experience
• Hourly rate will increase further following probationary period and possibly sooner depending on skill level.
• Standard, full-time contracted hours: 06:30 – 16:00, Monday – Friday (can start earlier if desired)
• Overtime is available and ideally the candidate should be open to working additional hours
• Overtime is paid after 39 weekly hours at x1.3 and x1.5 on a Saturday morning
