You will oversee daily fabrication activities, manage workloads and schedules, read engineering drawings, coach staff, and push continuous improvement. Urgency noted; applications reviewed swiftly.

Responsibilities

About You:

• Previous supervisory, team leader, or people management experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment

• Experience within fabrication, mechanical engineering, or a similar production environment would be advantageous
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Strong understanding of health and safety within a production environment
