Job summary

Tech-People is seeking a fabric technician/maintenance carpenter for a healthcare site in Stockton-on-Tees. This contract role lasts at least 6 weeks, with hours from 11:30am to 8:30pm and a PAYE rate of £14.66 per hour (£30,492.80 per annum base).

The role covers general fabric maintenance, carpentry work such as door hanging and architrave, ceiling tile repairs, and AHU/FCU filter changes. A DBS dated within the last 12 months is required. Holiday pay and pension contributions are included.

Qualifications

• Fabric maintenance experience typical for healthcare sites.
• Strong carpentry and general maintenance skills.

£14.66 per hour PAYE / £30,492.80 per annum basic salary
