Alex Young Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Fabric Technician for a London-based role on a private healthcare contract. You will handle planned and reactive maintenance across clinics, including door hardware, fire alarm testing, flushing, emergency lights, and other minor fabric tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, deliver excellent customer service, and demonstrate a proactive approach with strong workload prioritisation.

Our client is a fantastic maintenance provider that is enjoying a growth period. It is looking to hire a Fabric Technician in Central London.

As the Fabric Technician, you will be dedicated to a client facing and high‑profile contract within the private healthcare sector. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance to various clinics. The work you will cover includes changing door handles, fire alarm tests, tap testing, flushing, P&D, emergency lights and other minor building fabric maintenance.

You must have a proven track record in a similar role and understand giving good customer service. You must be proactive in your approach and be able to prioritise your workload.
