Job summary

Concept Resources are recruiting for a Fabric Technician to join a busy facilities maintenance team based at a large commercial site in Stafford. This temporary role offers 40 hours per week with an immediate start.

You will carry out general fabric and building maintenance, complete records accurately, report faults promptly, and support the wider maintenance and engineering team while adhering to health and safety procedures.

• Previous experience within fabric maintenance or building maintenance.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures.

This is a temporary role working for a leading facilities management provider, offering consistent full-time hours and an immediate start.

• Pay Rate: £14.42 per hour PAYE
