Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Fabric Technician near Salisbury to perform reactive and planned maintenance across facilities. You will liaise with client representatives and complete works requests, method statements and risk assessments for planned works.

The role requires prior fabric or carpentry experience, a valid UK driving license, and strong PC literacy. You’ll work under health and safety regulations and may undertake minor projects as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Experience in fabric or carpentry roles with hands-on maintenance skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret instructions accurately.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reactive and planned maintenance within defined timeframes.
• Carry out site surveys and prepare works requests, method statements and risk assessments.
• Repair floor and wall coverings; ceilings; and other building works as required.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with H&S regulations.
