Job summary

Invictus Group is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager (Fabric) to lead fabric-related technical services across our sites in the UK. The role focuses on delivering safe, efficient, and compliant maintenance and service delivery, with emphasis on practical knowledge and hands-on management.

The successful candidate will monitor quality, guide contractors, and maintain accurate records, with on-call duties and a car allowance in addition to a salary of £58,426.52 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical services, fabric maintenance or building services.
• Strong practical and technical knowledge.
• Ability to manage and coordinate technical works effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent work and initiative in resolving issues.
• Flexible with on-call requirements.
• Full UK driving licence required for on-call duties.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Basic DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee fabric-related technical services and associated works.
• Ensure duties and responsibilities are delivered effectively.
• Provide technical advice, support and guidance as required.
• Monitor quality and standards of works.
• Liaise with colleagues, contractors and stakeholders.
• Identify and address technical issues with appropriate solutions.
• Support planning, coordination and delivery of maintenance and reactive works.
• Ensure activities comply with health and safety and operational standards.
• Respond to operational requirements, including occasional out-of-hours/on-call duties.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
