Job summary

Invictus Group is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager (Fabric) to lead fabric and building services delivery in the UK, ensuring safe, efficient operations and high maintenance standards.

You will manage technical requirements, support service delivery, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, and respond flexibly to on‑call needs within a 37.5‑hour week. Salary £58,426.52 per annum plus car allowance, with potential bonus.

Qualifications

• Strong practical and technical knowledge.

• Flexible approach to working, including on-call arrangements when required.
• Full, valid UK driving licence, required for on-call.

• Manage and oversee fabric-related technical services and associated works.
• Ensure all duties and responsibilities outlined within the role's Job Description are delivered effectively.
• Provide technical advice, support and guidance as required.
• Monitor the quality and standard of works and ensure appropriate standards are maintained.
• Liaise with colleagues, contractors and relevant stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
• Identify and address technical issues, ensuring appropriate solutions are implemented.
• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of maintenance and reactive works.
• Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, health and safety requirements and operational standards.
• Respond flexibly to operational requirements, including occasional out-of-hours on-call support where required.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to technical services and works undertaken.

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Technical Services Manager (Fabric) to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong technical knowledge and practical experience within fabric/building services to take responsibility for the effective delivery and management of technical services.

The successful candidate will be confident managing technical requirements, supporting service delivery and ensuring that all works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards.

While there are no specific formal qualifications required for this position, relevant experience, technical knowledge and practical understanding are essential.

• A flexible approach to working, including participation in on-call arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
• A full, valid UK driving licence, which is required due to the on-call requirements of the role.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a Basic DBS check.

Formal qualifications are not essential; relevant experience and technical knowledge will be the key factors when assessing candidates.

Additional Information

The role is based on a 37.5-hour working week. On-call duties will be required on a case-by-case basis, so flexibility is essential.

In return, the successful candidate will receive a salary of £58,426.52 per annum plus car allowance, with the potential to earn a bonus
