Job summary

Invictus Group seeks a qualified Fabric Technician for a Central London site (Moorgate). The role is a Mon-Fri, 35-hour week, offering a competitive package and career development within a large estates team.

You will perform planned and reactive fabric maintenance across a major commercial estate, including carpentry, decorating and basic repairs. A strong background in fabric or building maintenance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 qualification in a relevant trade.
• Strong fabric or general building maintenance experience.
• Carpentry, Painting & Decorating, Plumbing or similar background.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive fabric maintenance across a large commercial estate.
• Carpentry, joinery and general building repairs.
• Painting, decorating and making good.
• Repairs to doors, locks, fixtures and fittings.
• Minor plumbing works.
• Supporting the wider M&E and estates team.
• Completing maintenance records and reporting defects.
